A legitimate account belonging to Chelsea Gilmore was hacked and posted Indianapolis Taylor Swift tickets (lower level 110) and to dm. She asked $400 each and preferred chime. I offered PayPal or Venmo and was given different emails for both. She specified friends and family to avoid sale protection. Venmo was able to reverse one victims transaction because the scammer attempted to immediately transfer to a flagged account and the receiving account was locked out. Zelle victims are having a hard time getting $ back. The exact same post appeared across Facebook on multiple hacked accounts.
