We purchased the Omni buffet on June 27 2019. We are now December 11, 2019 and have not received our buffet!!!!!!!!!

We call the store and they tell us to call their customer service we call customer service they tell us to call the delivery company the delivery company tells us they attempted to pick up the buffet but it was damaged so they had to re order the buffet. The customer service department knows NOTHING! The store is no help! Especially this Jason at the Sherman oaks location!!! who we’ve spoken to twice already and does NOTHING!! NOTHING! He was suppose to call me back with an update and never called me! This was in August! I don’t know how this store is still open!!! They have scammed us with over $1400! We

Placed our order in June 27! It is now December 11!!!! How is this possible?!
