I have ordered and paid "Evergreen greenhouse at $US 97,99 ( $142,04CND), order # 30240 via FACEBOOK; the date for ordering was 2020-05-05
I tried at least two times for information : no answer and the site is closed.
Can you help me? If I complain at my credit card... do you know if they can help me...

Tabata Monroy I made my purchase on april 11th and havent received anything, I paid $147. 07 dollars. I have sent many mails, and told me that I was receiving my furniture, and after that that I was getting a refund and I have not received nothing, either furniture or money back

I ordered an outdoor sofa on April 22, 2020. I have still not received it. I have emailed the company every two weeks or so. I get the response that were are working on it and my order has been received. I am sad that Facebook lets companies like this advertise on their site. I am out $99 or so and sad that my back yard is missing the furniture I really wanted! I am in Yakima, WA

I have ordered the greenhouse on April 20, 2020, paid for the express shipping and still haven't received anything. It's been almost 2 months. I did not recieve any email confirmation from them. Any suggestions on what I can do to get my greenhouse or my money back?

We ordered a greenhouse on April 20th and the money was taken out immediately, no email confirmation, no order number provided, and May 31st still no product. I have contacted multiple times with the order number and request for shipping information with the same canned response about orders being behind and saying it should be sent in a few days after order yet of course it was ordered over a month ago!

Based on an advertisement from Facebook, I ordered a green house with expedited shipping from a company that looked legitimate and was offered at a great price. I placed the order, but did not receive a confirmation of my order through email, nor a tracking number. The charge for the product came out of my account immediately after the purchase.. I contacted the company utilizing their email and phone contact information, requesting confirmation of my order and a tracking number. The phone number provided has an answering machine, but does not allow you to leave a message, as it is always full. I did not receive a response back to my email. Sent another email 2 days later informing them of my intent to report them to authorities for fraudulent activity and I was requesting my attorneys to follow-up. I received a canned email response, indicating they were behind on their orders, but I should receive my order within 14 days from the date of purchase. It has been over a month since I placed my order. I researched further their site and on youtube, where many others never received their order either. I contacted the company who actually manufactures the greenhouse, notifying them of the scam and website.

This website states they have all different products at great price. When you call the number goes right to voicemail and its full. If you email they say they are busy and you'll get your item. It never comes

They are trying to sell products that people never receive. I was going to buy something from this site until I started to read the reviews online and realized people were not getting their things they were ordering.
