Based on an advertisement from Facebook, I ordered a greenhouse with free shipping from a company that looked legitimate and was offered at a great price. I placed the order, but did not receive a confirmation of my order through email, nor a tracking number. The charge for the product came out of my account immediately after the purchase.. I contacted the company utilizing their email and phone contact information, requesting confirmation of my order and a tracking number. The phone number provided has an answering machine, but does not allow you to leave a message, as it is always full. I did not receive a response back to my email. Sent another email about 4 or 5 days later informing them of my intent to report them to authorities for fraudulent activity. Not only am I out of a product , but also 129.99. Their email is [email protected].
