I placed my order Jan 7, 2021 which was a total of $154.00 and now they are saying (after contacting them twice and they said to not worry and gave me a tracking number) that my package is undeliverable according to the shipping company and was sent back to them. I get packages delivered every day to me from all over the world. I have proof they never sent the package to the shipping place to begin with cause I checked the tracking number for a month and it said the label was created but never said the package was shipped. I have all screen shots as well...Now they said they are going to refund my money but I don't believe them. I am trying to get people together that this has happened too so we as a group can take legal action against these scammers!! I am ashamed that I got suckered by these people and I don't want other people to get scammed like I did!! If we get enough people I do believe we can take action against these people. I really think they are just going to take my money and run but we will see.

This was the first letter I received from them after waiting 2 weeks and I contacted them:

Dear customer

Thanks for contacting us and sorry for keeping you waiting.

I'm really sorry for this situation,

We just delayed a little time because of the backlog of orders,

Now your package has been sent out,this is your tracking number: ************* It will be in your hands soon,

Please be patient and don't worry~

Please feel free to contact us if you have any other questions.

Best wishes.

This is the second letter after I have waited over a month for my order and once again I had to contact them:

ear buyer,

Sorry to make you wait so long,

we just got the information from the logistics company

and your parcel was returned to us due to uncertain reasons.

If we resend it, there is a risk of returning it again

In order to express our apologies, we can refund you in full,

How about we refund you full immediately?

we hope we can try our best to make you satisfied.

I have all emails and everything to prove this company is a scam and needs to be looked into ASAP!! I was suckered by them and don't want others to be suckered in to their scam. I know I will not get my money back but I am being hopeful something good will come from all this bad!!!
