I bought a clothing order march6,23. Watched the tracker and anxiously awaited delivery. Tracker finally said delivered. Received nothing. Emailed the company and finally received an answer saying they delivered and it was signed for. Won’t tell me who signed. Later emails ask about a ring. I don’t order cheap jewelry. I ordered clothes. Didn’t receive either. They said they would refund. Then wanted me to check with post office. At this point, I just want money back. I have all emails pertaining to this. But they contain personally identification. Please assist me.

I ordered clothing from what i was made to believe was from JC Penny. When attempting to check on the status I found out something called "Clothing Boutique" of China was the ordering company. Unable to find out status of order. Said not found logistics info for tracking number provided AQ052034305CN. Order # LCCONE13913. They want me to join JustAnswer for $1.00 using credit card information which I'm not going to provide to further track this order.
