On December 9th I ordred a Christmas gag gift from yukohstore.com and payed $28 for it ( one shirt) the payment went through and I got a confirmation email. With it being carona and the recent shipping issues not to mention the holidays, I waited till Dec 30th to reach out and ask for a status update to know when things will ship. I got a generic email saying what one would expect. The holiday and recent over load of shipping may delay things and with it being screen printed it may take a bit. Marked everything as fine and wanted another 2 weeks, asked again, and got the same reply. Fast forward to 40+ days and I reached out again, no reply. All the while I noticed the email I got came from the seller a 3rd party and reached out to the company as well to get more info as they have a 2 week policy time to get your orders on the website. The next day I got an answer and finally my tracking info, only to be told my package was destroyed in my town due to a label issue and incorrect addresses, so no one could be contacted for it or returned to sender. The website they used for tracking was ( https://m.17track.net/en/track ) it was sent from DHL (from the US) to USPS they tracking system until it gets to USPS isn't even usable its just a wall of text. I put in a lost and found request with USPS as the last tracked date says it was the 19th and I was notified the 20th. They confirmed it was in my town up the way since the 10th and was sent back to be destroyed on the 19th after I found this out on the 20th. Mean while my seller is asking for confirmation of address ( I sent multiple screen shots of the confirmation email with included the address ( that was correct) and politely asked for a refund as it was 40+ days before I was given the tracking or any information regarding my order. They ignored everything i asked and re-sent me the odd link to the tracker to ask fir another confirmation of address. I reiterated through email it was all there and they still answer but with broken english and obviously pasted text as they are still ignoring the rest of my emails about asking for a return/ refund as its just not worth the trouble again. I have also reached out to the company website twice with my concerns and they still forward the message back to the seller that is not fixing anything. I am at a lost and after doing more digging on the yukohstore page it appears a lot of people have a similar issue with ALl their sellers so it is indeed scamming people out if there money by pretending to sell customers items.
