I placed an order and the package was to be delivered on 8/17/23. The tracking info said it was delivered, but I never received the package. I contacted them and told them the package never arrived. They have given me the run around about it being delivered, or stolen from my porch. I was home all day on the day they say it was delivered. I live in a rural area and I am not going to go to the surrounding neighbors as they suggested to see if my package was delivered to them in error. I have asked for a credit to my account. They will not issue it, they just keep giving me the run around. I filed a dispute with my credit card company and they will handle it. I just want to make others aware that this company is a scam. Their posting made it look like I was ordering from JC Penney's, or Penney’s. Too late I learned it was not.
