This company claims to offer deep discounts on overstock items. They send something small and totally unrelated, like fake ray ban sunglasses instead of a paddle board, and then refuse to give a refund. After days of back and forth with their supposed customer service they offered 35.8% discount. After saying they’d be reported for fraud they offered 50%. They said they could only give a full refund if we returned the product, but they advised us not to do so because

Customs is so hard these days.
