sI paced an order with Yswigs for a lace front wig. In the description it states that the lace is UNDETECTABLE HD TRANSPARENT LACE. I ordered according to my head measurements. I ask for a #2 which is dark brown in hair color. I ask for Kinky straight hair texture. I ask for 13% density for thickness of wig. Everything was incorrect but hair color. I have tried to get refund for wig.. I had no choice but to wear it after seller didn't email me back for several days. I had no other wig to wear to a important business meeting for my company IKEA. I am very fair in complexion. i am bi-racial and told seller I needed transparent lace. He said no problem. he sent me DARK BROWN OR BROWN. It look like iI had shoe polish around my hairline The lace was to dark for my complexion. I have receipt and photos of wig online as well as wig on my head. the wig was also to big. I suffer from traction thinning hair. I told seller this. His respond was not to worry he was taking care of me. He ask me to send pics. and I did. He didn't answer me for several days. His people answered me from Instagram and said order was correct But when you see invoice and description on their website it is clear it is incorrect. they refuse to reason and refund money back to me. I was told policy says not to wear. when I told Jack the seller. He never answered back and I was forced to wear the wig to a very important business meeting with a scarf . I ask Paypal for a partial refund of 90.00 from 124.59. Sellers people responded and told me order was correct. I am not crazy. i have been wearing lace wigs for years and this is not correct. I saw where other people have been scammed out of money on youtube and have not received refund for months and have not heard from seller for months . someone needs to investigate them and stop them. they have people lying for the company doing reviews because they are sent free wigs. but dishonesty is wrong. a scam is a scam.. I contacted Paypal as well as my Bank. My Bank gave me a full refund after I explain how I was scammed. I have all evidence that item is totally wrong from what description of order and invoice. as described on the companies website.
