I received a phone call from a man who called himself Jason Miller. He informed me that I owed his company $927.00. I disputed this and told him I had contacted my attorney. He replied that they had a large legal team and I would be turned over for collection. This happened in early December. He said on subsequent calls that if I paid right then they would make the total $727.00. I told him to send me proof of my agreement to purchase his services. What he emailed to me was an invoice. He hounded me to the point that I finally agreed to pay the $727.00. Ten days later, I decided I had been scammed and contacted my credit card company to cancel my card. I was amazed to learn that he had not put the transaction through. Yesterday, January 12, 2017, I received another phone call (all calls are coming from Chicago) saying my card had been declined. I hung up and within 5 minutes he called me 6 more times. His number has been blocked.
