David Kapowski will call & tell you that you owe for a n online listing from 2013 - 2015. I argued & argued with him. so I paid it finally. I was given a cancellation notice with a code. Now he is calling again telling me i owe him for 2016 & he will give me a cancellation notice for 2016 & that is will end. If I do not pay him the so called ad will keep running & building up charges. I have had to cancel my checking account because of fraud charges. I will not do it again. They are scammers. They do not exist in any listing except with the BBC under fraud.

2 messages were left on our recorder to pay the balance or going to collections. The 2nd message demanded a payment by 4pm or going court. I called back and the man was very rude and demanding. The more questions that I asked about my bill, the madder he got. They claimed this was service from 2014. He was furious and just kept trying to get me to pay $1,750 after he had already claimed to remove late fees & interest from $2,246.83. When I pushed for the company name and address, he put me on hold and came back and said are you going to pay the bill or not. I told him that I would like to check out the company before I paid and that I would call back. He was not happy with that and said I only had 17 minutes to pay for the account and close it.

Adam Blair called me and said that we owed $1301.86 for web optimization from September of 2014. I have never contracted with them nor would I do it as web optimization is against my contract with our company that we are a dealer for. They also said that I gave them my bank account but the address they have is not our mailing address and I would I never give out our bank account number without a legitimate invoice to be paid which I have never received. He sent me an interim statement and said if I paid it within 2 days they will take off the late fees. I have no intention of paying this since he will not provide me with a recording of the contract I supposedly ok'd over the phone.

Two fake invoices for business listing, on-line and print advertising, and SEO package, plus late fees. I never have even heard of this company, much less agreed to any services through them. I've received these kind of fake invoices a couple years ago, and when I called to ask about this, they said (if it was even this same person or group) that they had a recording of me agreeing to the services on the phone. I wanted to hear it, they said they'd only let me hear it when they took me to court. I said 'fine, take me to court' and hung up. Never heard from them again...this was about 2 yrs ago maybe. I know I've received this kind of scam invoice at least 3-4 times in the past 5-8 years.

fax sent to our business showing we owe $1,988.02 for advertising which we did not subscribe. for 2015 - 2016. statement sent on 11/9/16, bill due date states 11/2/16. statement no# 200-910-549, customer no# 210-085-147, account #299-083-277. The fax # it came in on was 1-877-233-3839. There fax# for client services is 1-844-415-1757, with a phone #1-888491-4998. I checked address on google maps, it took me to comfort inn, hotel & nothing found for yellow pages. This is a scam. Please check into this, I am sure they are doing this to others. thank you
