I order 3 handmade dolls from this company online in October 2021. Got a conformation the package was delivered in OK. I do not live in OK - I live in TX. In November, I did receive a stocking with an apology that my package would be delayed. Emailed them alot about my package hoping I would receive it by Christmas. I later received an email the package was delivered to my house in October. It was not. Emailed them again, and was told to contact my post office. I did. They never received the package. I asked for a refund and they will not email me back. Tracking conformation was bogus. Why would they send me a stocking in November apologizing for the late delivery when they later sent me a tracking conformation package was delivered in October. They can not keep up with their lies.
