Ad on Facebook looked totally legit. I ordered 2 of their dolls. Said free shipping put the delivery date out 20 days. I ordered on December 1st. The e-mail address for returns was very odd and the confirmation tracking number said it wasn’t in the system yet. I looked up the business address online and called it. A nice lady at *** ******* ***** ********* ***** ** ********* **** ******** told me it was a scam using their address . My credit card company said the charge was from Great Britain when I called to dispute the charge. They credited my loss back to me.

The order form asked for my name, address, phone number & credit card number.

The whole setup looked like the real deal. So sad it was a scam. I’ll never order from an ad on Facebook again.
