This is just a note to use this domestic cleaning service with caution; they may be completely legitimate and honest. I called the service on 12/27/2017 to schedule a move-out cleaning in an apartment. The man who answered the phone stated he was in his van driving but could take the information from me as he drove and then call me back in about 40 minutes or so to actually schedule the housecleaning appointment when he was back at his office and at his computer. So far that was okay, but he asked for a credit/debit card number to make sure the potential customer had some collateral. I gave this man the debit card information over the phone and we hung up. Then 40 minutes passed and no reply phone call to actually schedule this appointment. So I waited a little while longer thinking he may have gotten stuck in a traffic jam, but again no reply call. Then I called the You've Got Maids service back and when a male voice answered the phone, I explained that I had spoken to someone who said he was driving in his van and gave him my information while he was driving in his van but he never called me back. Then this second male voice looked up the name and other information I had given to the male voice driving in the van and he did find my name on his computer records. Hence, I sort of scheduled an appointment for 1/3/18 with this second male voice but he was hesitant to actually schedule anything which made me a little nervous and baffled since most business are anxious to get customers and almost push appointments on the customer. He also stated that he would send a confirmation email, but I waited and waited and never received an email confirmation for this 1/3/18 sort of appointment; hence I called them back and cancelled any service request. But the bad thing here is his: I gave this You've Got Maids personnel my debit card information and have never done business with them. Again, they could be legitimate but just busy and behind on things, but not a good idea to give out one's credit/debit card information in such a situation
