without it being open. I reached out to the company to cancel the charge of $6.99 but not to my knowledge they charged me what they said was for the full amount of two cremes. I was looking at my activity on my bank statement and noticed that there were 2 charges back to back days of over $100 each. I was livet to say the least. I called customer service to request for my money back and they tell me they can not issue me a refund. What? What do you mean you can't give me my money that you took from my checking account. After spending over an hour on the phone with them going back and forth telling them to give me my money back, we got no where. They thought that they could appease me by saying that they can only give me $80 of my $218 that they took. What about the difference? They didn't have an answer for that. I asked to speak with a supervisor and got no where with Cassie. I requested their a phone number or email to their corporate office and she went on to tell me they do not have a corporate office. The business sounds very shady to me as if they were running it from their backyard or some back alley. This has been the worst online company that I have ever had any dealings with. Buyers be aware. This company is in the business to take your money and have no remorse for it as if to say you were stupid enough to fall for it. Gotcha! They are the absolute worst. I want my money back and I want it NOW!!!!!!!
