YOUTH MOTORSPORTS has a web site where they fraudulently try to sell ATVs and other riding vehicles. We tried to purchase 3 atvs from this company. We waited almost 2 months with promises that they would ship soon. They held our money this whole time that we waited. They never shipped us anything. They finally sent us an email saying they were out of stock. They said we needed to choose different atvs. So I called to do that. However they had nothing in stock to trade out with. Then I told them that because everything was out of stock and they could not fulfill our order that I wanted a refund. They refused to give us a full refund even though they had no way to fill our order and not having anything in the future that they could ship to us. I had to fight with the cc company to get my refund and still only got a partial refund.

Youth Motor sports sent me an email stating that we had been refunded the full amount of $3939.88

This is a lie. They only refunded $3,812.48

I am still fighting with the cc company to get youth motor sports to give us the remaining amount.

Don't buy from this company they only take your money and hold it as long as your cc company will allow. They get free money from you and you get nothing but a headache and less $$$ to live on.
