Misleading Scam with not viable links on their page

Google searched to obtain a certified copy of my birth certificate, which led me to YourVitalChek.com. Paid $54 for what I thought to have mail certified copy mailed to me. Instead, they supposedly completed an application for me to submit to my state health department, where I would still have to pay the state fees. To make it worse, the links on the follow up email they sent me were dead links.

Google searched how to get a birth certificate for my child. Was told it was from Vital Chek. Ended up at YourVitalChek which suggests they are the company that allows you to order the certificate. They are not. They emailed me after the application stating that the have "prepared the form" for me to submit to the health department for the actual health department fees.

I feel foolish that I was scammed. I hope others do not suffer the same fate.
