Ordered product on the 18th of December 2021 and it is well passed the 10 business days that I’m supposed to be waiting plus I messaged the company and there have been multiple complaints on their Instagram (YoursTrulyClothing) about the same thing

I purchased clothing on this site and I’ve not received a response in three weeks. I have gotten in contact with other customers who are still waiting on their clothing from sales in 2018-2019.

I would like to figure out if I can get my money back or the pieces of clothing, they haven’t responded to any emails.
