Ordered a hoodies in February it is now December no answers to customer service never sent my package. Fast fwd I ordered another hoodie been 6 weeks and has not shipped!! No answer nothing

Yourstruly clothing does not ship out their products. And they do not update anyone about their orders. If you go on their instagram page you can see in the comments no one receives their orders, their confirmation codes, or their refunds. This site is ridiculous because they are still promoting to buy clothes when no one is receiving their orders.

I initially spent $160+ the order never arrived to my house but they tried to tell me it did arrive. They offered me credit to buy more product from them since it “never arrived”. I ordered my products from them and they haven’t shipped them out in over 2 months. I thought I could’ve been the only one but I did my research and since they are a company that advertises through social media, specifically Instagram, I found out that this was happening to everyone in the comment section of the yours truly clothing brand Instagram. It really does disappoint me because they don’t answer the phones to resolve the issue they don’t answer support emails. I requested a refund they opened the direct message on Instagram and didn’t reply. They are blatantly ignoring me and it is extremely frustrating!
