Saw ad on Facebook. Then went to website to order 2 mini scopes. CC was charged, but I never received a confirmation, nor the items.

This face book post advertises a portable microscope that children can use. It does not work at all even for adults. So I emailed 3 times requesting a return. I got no response. I started looking at the company online and there are a ton of reviews saying they were unsuccessfully trying to contact them for a return. This apparently is a company trying to take advantage of the Christmas rush... and sends completely unusable product. Please stop them !
