So I ordered a Keychain photo reel the beginning of this year and HAVE NOT heard anything since. I've sent emails, sent proof of payment, showed tracking details etc., and still nothing. It saddens me that it was something really special and meaningful to me, something that I wanted to be able to cherish and not getting my order nor a refund so that I can go somewhere else. I've been reporting them for the longest in hopes that this never happens again

I purchased a couples bracelet engraved, a drivers key chain engraved and also the Rose engraved and it’s been more than 2 months and still nothing to response after emailing them more than 10x. Theirs no contact number I spend $91.93 it was a gift my son wanted to give to his 1st high school girlfriend and nothing. This is definitely a scam site.

I purchased one of their Apple AirTag Wallets from their “alternate site.” (For a little context on the “alternate site” thing, if anyone has ever searched up their site on Google, it would yield two different sites with slightly different but very similar URLs overall). Well, the “alternate site” that I purchased my wallet from got taken down, and so if you go on their other site and search their directory for the same wallet, it says “item not found.” I was patient and was willing to wait the 20 business days for my item to be shipped — it’s been 2 business months and I heard nor received nothing from them. Luckily, I purchased it with my credit card and was able to dispute the charge in my favor. Never again. Stay away from this site, y’all!

I Bought an item and never received it after 3 months. Emailed multiple times and got two responses then was ignored.

I bought a pair of furry inside leggings foe my wife for Christmas spent $45 and still haven't got them 3 months later won't email me back and they even gave a tracking number through yun express and it's been in there system for over 30days as processing try getting ahold of them and they are also a scam company really pissed she really wanted them

This is a scam! Ordered a necklace with a photo of my friends dog and received some random photo with Japanese text. I contacted them and they ghosted. I reported charges to capital one, they lied to my creditor saying they processed the item. They are based out of Amsterdam. Do not buy from them!

I bought a personalised keychain from this company. I added my freind's pet's face on it. The ordered never came, I waited 3 months and contacted them on multiple occasions during this time and they just stopped responding to my emails, they thobbed me off in their initial email.

At beginning of October in 2021 I ordered a love heart necklace for my girlfriend with a photo of us in the middle as an anniversary gift. Received the necklace a few weeks later and it looked like the photo wasn’t even in it and had to hold it far away to even try to see it. A week or so after receiving it, received an email to say they are sorry for sending a bad product and it was a manufacturing error. Please accept 30% off your order from us. So as it was a gift for my girlfriend I thought to us the discount and ordered a live heart key chain for us both near the start of October. A month past and shipping hadn’t updated. So I tried emailing them but no response. A few weeks later checked the shipping and it then came up as tracking was expired because it hadn’t been updated in over a month. I sent them another email explaining this and after forwarding the same email to them a few times over a couple of weeks finally received an email back saying they would pass it on to the relevant team and I would hear from them soon. I never did so sent them another email and have forwarded that email to them and the customer service team (relevant team) multiple times but no response. I ordered the keychain start of October yet nearly 4 months have past and there has been little to no communication from them. Terrible company that will never be going to again.

I bought a personalized keychain from this company. I had the option to have my pet's face put in it, so I uploaded a picture of him so that I'd always have him with me. I received the keychain in the mail and it did not have a picture like I was expecting. I reached out to the company saying that the order was not correct and after a while, they finally responded saying that there was a factory issue and the keychain did not print right. They said that they would send me the correct one but I was not interested and asked for a refund, because the item should have been checked before it was sent. They stopped responding to my emails and when they did, they always said they were forwarding my issue to the relevant team to get resolved. I have been trying to get my refund and response for over a month now. I'm still sending emails to this day but I have yet to hear back from them.

I bought a keychain with a personalized photo for $30. The product arrived with a blank photo full of foreign words. I must have contacted them 15 times in the last month and they have only responded about 5 times, telling me things like they will get back to me or they will send a new item very soon. 2 days ago I got an email saying they are very sorry, please accept a 30% off coupon code for my next order. I am very upset. The item was a picture of my dog who passed away. I found a website of reviews, and everyone else had the same experience. They take your money and give you a faulty product.

This site is represented on Tik-Tok and other social media. I placed an order and did received a product but it was not the product I ordered. Multiple accounts of the same thing happening to others via social media. Only an email available to make a complaint or request and I have made multiple attempts to reach out for refund or replacement to no avail. Keep getting same generic email about contacting a 'relevant team member' and they'd get back with me.

I normally do more research but got sucked in. They advertise on IG, Tik Tok, Facebook, etc. I got a memorial necklace that was supposed to be a nice gold ow print with a photo of my deceased dog and gift wrapped.

poor quality and didn’t have the photo of my dog. No response from customer care after sending angry emails (even though there is supposedly 24/7 support). The social media accounts lead to nowhere. Reporting to ScamPulse.com and everywhere I can.
