This company misrepresented itself to us. We booked two town cars for 8 people. Limos are no longer legal in CA. Our party was reduced to 6. No Contract signed,. They changed us to one SUV. It showed up at 8am, agreed time. I was put in the back third row. The car was filthy. It was an old Ford Expedition that had not been cleaned in months. Carpets were stained and it had an old musty smell to it. We Had to bring our own cooler for waters, it is the least most escort companies provide. Not them. We were told we would be dropped off at the Lodge turns out he had fake credentials. We were harassed by the parking attendant and had to vacate the vehicle quickly. On the way there he frauduantly said that uber and lyft is not avaialbe due to the heavy traffic in and out of the venue. Lie. We were able to contact both uber and lyft for ride that would show up in under 5 minutes at a dedicated area for them. We were told we would be paying hourly for him to wait. Not the deal. Called to be picked up and told to go to the uber lyft area 10 minute walk thru mud. Not the deal. Driver states that he had a lovely day in carmel waiting for our pick up at 3pm. We paid 100 an hour for him to do this. Not the deal. waited 20 minutes for him to show up after we called for pick up watching uber and lytf come and go like a running river. He then tells us that he started charging us at 6:30am. He picked us up at 8am. Why would we pay for him get gas and breakfast. the drive time in the car was 20 minutes to the event and 25 minutes back to the house after the event. That is it. We called the owner who continued to misrepresented his company, and was rude and very unprofessional. This company is a fraud. He wanted $800 r/t for a $30 uber ride. Most disgusting unclean vehicle I have ever been in. The website is misleading. The cars do not look like that. I would bet most would not pass inspection. No address listed.

This company has no business doing business. They are fraudulent in every thing they said to us. Lesson learned with a verbal contract. That is on the person who booked for our party. She paided them $658. For a $30 uber ride.
