My dad purchased $316.61 worth of keto diet pills online on May 24 and he never received the product. I called the company on June 7 to request a refund. At first they offered me a 50% refund and I could keep the product that was on its way. I said I wanted a full refund. Then they offered me a 60% refund and I held my ground. Then they offered me a full refund minus a $10 restocking fee. I tried to press for a full refund but they wouldn't budge. So I took that offer and they told me the refund would appear in 3-10 days on my dad's account. No refund appeared. On June 25 I called them back and they apologized for the delay and said it would take another 3-10 days for the refund. No refund appeared. On July 14 I called again and they said someone would call me back in 2 days to discuss the refund. No one called me. Today, July 21 I just tried calling the 833-219-1580 phone number and it says the number has been disconnected. I see that his company is managed by Primary Health Supplies LLC.
