I saw their advertisement on social media and I went to their online website to see what other things they had. I end up getting 4 rings. They did take a while to get here and only one of the 4 came and I was wearing it seeing how it looked as well as how good it kept up. I start to notice just in 2 days the ring started to change colors and it turned my finger green. I got really upset because each ring was about $20 and up. I message them about it and all they had to say was "we advise you to remove the rings when you wash or do housework so that they stay in their original form" they also gave me a $20 discount code for my next purchase??? They really thought I was going to by from them again. I messaged them back and told them that that's not good enough I wanted a refund. If 1 out of the 4 rings turned out bad mostly liking the rest will. We went back and forth and when the rest of the rings got here I didn't even open them up and I sent them back including the ring I told them about. Last month they told me they had submitted a return request and I haven't gotten any penny back. So I'm hoping that writing you this I will get back my $90 that I spent of 4 rings that I regret purchasing. I also had to spent $12 to return the rings back.
