Ordered some portable ACs for about $160 in total back in July.

They kept apologizing and explained that the delay was due to Covid.

I tried refunding today and neither numbers work.

August, bought fitbeat watches. Money cleared September. December 26 no watches. Many emails false promises. Called for refund. Hard to get through then I was hung up in.

I purchased two items from You Can Save,a website I found online, A Wifi Booster for $22.47 and 3 Energy Saving Devices for $99.00 When they arrived they had no instructions included in the boxes save what was printed on the packages and when I tried to Google the items there was no Logo or brand name to Google to find out more information on the items. I then called the company to ask questions and they had no answers for me so they asked me to return the Wifi Booster for a full refund. I sent it registered mail and received confirmation that it was received and when I called them I was told it would take three weeks for a refund. During this time I tried out the energy saving devices and had the same problem. no instructions no logo or brand name but when I called it was past my 30 day guarantee so they offered me a 50% refund without having to send them back. I called repeatedly asking for my refund since the package was received by them and then weeks later they shipped it back to me for an unknown reason. I called them again asking why they shipped it back to me and they told me it was some sort of mistake with the shipping label. Then they told me to go ahead and ship both products back for a full refund so once again I paid to ship both back a second time and now once again I received a confirmation that they have received the items and have still not received a credit to my account. Each time I have called I spoke with a different representative and each time I was told that they would get back to me within 48 hrs and never received a call back. I have called repeatedly and each time I was told that they are all working from home making it impossible to speak with the same person. I still call and get a recorded message that continues for up to 15 mins and then all of a sudden rather than pick up you get disconnected. THIS IS A COMPLETE AND TOTAL SCAM ALL PRODUCTS ARE COMPLETELY COUNTERFEIT WITH NO LOGOS OR BRAND NAMES ON THEIR PACKAGES SO WITH GOOD ADVERTISING PEOPLE ARE INNOCENTLY PURCHASING THEIR PRODUCTS THAT DO NOT WORK AND GIVE THE ABSOLUTE WORST AND INEFFICIENT CUSTOMER SERVICE, please help me and many others who have purchased products that do not work and have no way of knowing if they are doing anything they claim to do.
