My wife saw an online advertisement about a health monitor watch for seniors. they said it was like Fit Bit watch, but much cheaper. they sent us an Email confirmation, with order number and date 9/27/20. about 8 days later my wife was checking on when it would be shipped, she tried the support number on the Email they sent. She tried multiple times and NO answer. Several days later, our credit card bill came, and we found out we were already billed for the 2 watches we ordered for a total of $85.48. That's when we realized something was, wrong & my wife called the phone # on the Visa bill, & it WAS disconnected. So, she called our Visa company, & registered a dispute! The Rep from Dispute Dept.. recommended we notify your office to register a complaint. As of this date we have not received (2 ) watches or a or a shipping confirmation e-mail!
