Ordered a yote scope on 11/19/19. No shipping notification. Payment was processed. Called phone number listed on website but their voicemail was full. Texted and emailed. Recieved an email back stating they were backordered and that i should receive a shipping notification within the next week. Nothing. Emailed, texted and called again. No luck, no contact back. Its now 12/23/19 & i still haven't received my item.

I purchased a product and I was told the product would arrive within so many days. It is now a month later with minimal to no contact with Yote scope saying they have had a rush of orders and tracking will be sent ASAP. Another 2 weeks go by and nothing no contact nothing. I have asked for a refund as I have no product and they will not get back to me. I believe this is a scam no company treats customers like this.
