I ordered a pair of crocs and tried to cancel within a week and half because I never received a shipment confirmation. Then i was told it was in process and I couldn't cancel. After a month I get my shoes and it was a size 4 and im a size 11. I was told it was MY ERROR. Why would I pick a size 4. I can't return and they stop taking my emails. This company is a scam and they need to pay. $93 and I have a pair of shoes i can't even give away. SCAM COMPANY ALL THE WAY...they should not be part of FB advertising.

I ordered a pair of crocks for my Grand daughters birthday. I have never recieved a email confirmation nothing but they sure took my money. Now what do I do?

I ordered a pair of shoes for my son for school and I get a email from the company saying that they can’t process my order there was a error then the next day email saying they shipped it out then the next day they are refunding me my money to contact my bank to do a dispute I’m out 92.44
