My elderly father purchased a puppy from yorkiesaffection.com for my mother a few days before her birthday. He was promised that the dog would be shipped to him that evening. He received no flight information and waited all night to pick up the puppy from the airport. The next day he tried to contact the seller but received no response. I sent an email to Yorkies Affection and asked that they either refund the money or ship the puppy but received no reply. Unfortunately, my father used Zelle to send the money and could not receive a refund.
