We have received at least three letters from this "company", targeting our 41 year old son, who does not live with us, and who has never, ever been in Pennsylvania, demanding payment of two "delinquent" municipal tax bills, one from the Dillsburg Borough, and the second from the Northern York County Sd (which I assume means School District).

Either someone at that business has made an egregious mistake, or this is a complete scam.

I will repeat: our son, the target of this scam, has never, ever even been in Pennsylvania, and has never ever lived there.
