Guzhi Techn Scammers

I ordered what was suppose to be a mini laser projected for cell phone and was sent and a empty black plastic part from something they is not way a laser projector as I was suppose to receive.
I have wrote the company demanding money to be returned with interest and informed PayPal of the ordered item being a scam and that I am demanding a amount of $26.98 of the order be returned and have demanded the company to include an amount of interest on the funds they scammed on to be added to my initial order amount which I am demanding should be a total of $50 to be placed back onto my account over this scam. I have also explained the scam is going to be reported to the Attorney Generals Department and Consumer Protection Department for prosecution purposes. I will give more detail as soon as I get more info.

I just went thru this too with the same company. Wish I would have seen your post first. I missed my window with Paypal to escalate my case and it's been closed. Stick it to 'em!

Same thing happened to me, bought a projector from an IG ad, paid $33, received the same mysterious metal object. Paypal did give me a full refund though. The company was identified as GUZHI TECHN on Paypal, the email address, which was my only receipt was [email protected]. and just like you, they offered me a 25% discount to keep that unwanted piece of metal, how generous of them.

They also gave me a list of a bunch of hoops to jump though, which include mailing the item to China at MY expense even though it came to me from El Paso, TX.

Stay well clear of this company. They advertise on facebook and have a habit of sending out the wrong product/s then when you complain they offer you a partial refund. You have been warned dont touch this company with a barge pole otherwise you will be disappointed.

Too late. Thought I ordered from a different company. Then got a strange little metal item in mail instead of product I ordered. Cost $32.08 and then I see that they claim it's the first payment of two! Not what I agreed to or what I ordered. In process of getting my money back from my CC company. Beware! They function under other names but bill you under this one.

DO NOT ORDER from yooyooya! I ordered 2x swinging camping chairs and ended up with 2x children’s folding stools. I was charged $36.99 for this as I was led to believe I was purchasing the chairs. The stools can be bought locally for £5 so I was RIPPED OFF. Customer service was terrible when I said I wanted a refund, was basically told to just accept it. Unacceptable. By the looks of it they have played this scam on others too. Robbing buggers!

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY TOTAL SCAM! THEY DO NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR PROMISES OF TOTAL SATISFACTION, MONEY BACK GUARANTEE OR FREE RETURNS! This is by far the worst company I have ever dealt with. I ordered 3 swing camp chairs for $52.77. I received three doll size stools. When I contacted them to notify them that the items received were not what was ordered they referred to their "random" selection shipping policy due to covid. This indicates to me that they do not even intend to ship the products ordered, their intention from the very beginning is to steal your money! Their website states they do "fast refunds with 100% money back guarantee 30-day risk-free return policy and a hundred percent satisfaction guarantee". This is completely false as they do not issue a 100% refund, rather they offer a 20% discount. It does state in small print on their website that "items in each package are random and they guarantee that the total price of goods in the box is "much higher than the price you pay". I paid $52.77 and the value of the products I received was $0 as the product sent have absolutely no function. The stools are even too small for a child to sit on. It states on their website that "all of their products are suitable for anyone so don't worry about buying inappropriate ones". Also stated that you will receive at least one item out of the items listed below. All items listed are adult size chairs. When I contacted the company to complain that they sent me three useless products they offered me a 20% discount and referred to their website stating that "products are shipped randomly". I do not understand how a company can get away with shipping products that they don't even offer for sale, in place of products that you paid for. They state shipping is free but then if you ask to return their products they say that they're going to deduct the shipping cost that they paid to ship the products to you as well as make you responsible for the cost of shipping the product back to them. It appears that the only items shipped from this company are doll sized stools. Please do not be a victim of this horrible company their only intention is to take your money!

I ordered 3 swinging camp chairs, but they sent me this. When I emailed them about it, they told me if I paid for shipping back, and after they deducted the original shipping charges, they’d refund me what was left .. or they would give me 20% off of a new order. I’m not doing either! My credit card company was no help either. BUYER BEWARE!!!!

I saw an outdoor chair that I have been trying to find on Facebook. I clicked to order the chair. I completed the order for 2 chairs at $19.99 each. I got a message that my order was complete and I will find a charge from GUZHI TECHN on my credit card statement. I got an email that my order was shipped and there was a tab to track my package. When I clicked this tab it said the page did not exist. I went back to the shipped email and it said if you have questions to contact [email protected]. I did send a message and they said my package was shipped. When I received a package it was not what I had ordered. I ordered 2 outdoor swinging camp chairs. What I received were 2 small foldable chair/stool type items. A child may be able to sit on them but clearly not suitable for an adult. I contacted them again telling them I got the wrong items. They said that somewhere they stated the products where shipped randomly and have not specified the styles. However the only chairs pictured were the rocking camp chairs and my order confirmation also had the rocking camp chair pictured. There was no place that would have even suggested getting a small stool for the price.
