I had purchased a new car from Yonkers Kia. Fred Juseinoski was the finance manager and got a car loan for me. The Kia Niro came with a 10 year/100k warranty. Mr. Juseinoski said that I had to get an extended warranty, and that the loan company required this. He told me that the extended warranty was $4500 and he would give it to me for $3500. I agreed to get the extended warranty because he said I had to in order to get the loan for the car. Afterwards, I discussed this with my family and realized I got scammed. I immediately called the warranty company and asked, and I was told that they did not make such a claim that I had to purchase the extended warranty in order to secure the loan. I went ahead and cancelled. I called Yonkers Kia back and I spoke to Matt and I complained. I also spoke to the Manager of Yonkers Kia and I told him I was very upset that I was lied to in order for Mr. Juseinoski to get his commission. I was taken advantage of, and he lied, he acutually did charge me the whole $4500 for the extended warranty. This man is a liar and a scam artist and needs to be fired. Please look into this and warn others of this deceptive practice. Thank you for your assistance.
