I ordered a Skyblivion hoodie from them probably at least 2 months ago. My $27 something came out of my account and I never received the hoodie. I got not email. All my emails went unanswered. I called a few times and every got someone to answer once. When they answered I said hi is this the phone number for yondechu. And they told me no and that was the end of the call. Lost my money gave up hope of ever receiving the item.

I did a Google search for a U.S. Marine hoodie that looked like their dress blues to gift a Marine friend of mine. The website (https://yondechu.com/product/3d-marine-corps-uniform-custom-fleece-hoodie-appar...⇄ offered it for $45.99 which I paid through PayPal on 07/03/2020. Once the payment was received, I did not not receive a confirmation page or email with tracking order. After a week of waiting, I called the customer service number on their website which is screened through Google (it asks you to state your name after a tone). I have left 2 voice messages and emailed them 4 times. I received an email reply on 07/31/2020 by a Tran Huyen (Jessica) with mobile # +84 70 313 2822 stating in broken English that their Customer Service staff will provide me with a tracking code. I have since not received such an email nor have they responded to my 2 emails asking them to provide an update. The country code +84 is Vietnam. I was scammed for a product I never received and lost $45.
