The product was purchased online and almost immediately after charging my account they (robot) they sent an email saying the product was no longer in stock and the money would be refunded. Forty five days later, I still haven't had the money returned to my account. When contacted on the IP address from the notice of refund, again almost immediately I after a message is sent regarding the refund I receive a message (robot) saying the money has been returned.

These guys are a scam and need to be shut down and/or put in jail!
