I wrote to the address that sent my invoice [email protected]. My email contact reported that I never requested their program or approved any credit card or other payment, expecting this to lead to a refund. Instead, I received this response;
Please note that we have canceled your subscription, so your plan will not be renewed and there will be no further charges to your account.
In regards to your refund request, unfortunately, your case does not fall within the parameters outlined within our Refund Policy.
However, as a special gesture that we hope will improve your experience, we’d like to grant you one year of free access to the Yoga-Go app. This would give you the opportunity to explore all of the app’s features without any of the additional cost.
