I ordered 3 items from Yofootwear in July of 2020 and only received 2 of the 3 items. The first came in December of 2020 and the other 1 can in February of 2021. I have contacted them several times through email letting them know I wanted the missing item and mums the word. I haven't heard anything from them or a refund for the missing item. I would like to warn all customers to never purchase from them because they are not loyal to the customer. I order online from companies and never experienced this type of service before. Please check into this business before purchasing anything from them. They provide horrible service.
