I had a bad experience after signing an adoption contract under Got Woof by Kari Hagerman (or Kari Ault). I adopted a dog from her and she lied about many things including his age and weight. She claimed he is 45 lbs and a puppy. The vet thinks he is 3 years old and he is actually 63 lbs. After I signed the contract and paid a pricey adoption fee of $400, Kari ghosted me without providing medical/vaccine records, even when the contract claims records were provided. Kari also promised behavioral therapy and training for life (as stated on the contract), however, none of this was provided as she is nowhere to be reached after taking the adoption fee. When she dropped the dog to me, she gave me kibble labeled for puppies, even though he is not a puppy. He has scars on each of his limbs and is deeply terrified of new people and dogs. He has even growled at me multiple times. Kari claimed he was kenneled for 12 hours a day prior to my adoption. This being said, along with reading these reviews makes me wonder the kind of neglect he was put through when he was under her care. Last month, I found him on her Yin yang dog fulfillment center rescue website that currently doesn't have any dog listings. I'm not sure if that company even exists anymore. I would not trust this company or her.

Yin Yang dog 'fulfillment center' posted dogs up for adoption on rescue me web site. I contacted Yin Yang regarding one dog. Yin Yang is run by Kari Ault. I arranged to meet the dog. I wanted her and paid Kari Ault $300.00. This was suppose to include spaying and behavior training. After I picked the dog up and my check was cashed I could no longer get a straight answer from Ms Ault. She would not return my calls or emails or texts. When she finally did she always had an excuse as to why she could not fulfill any of her obligations. I finally stopped trying. I had shots, spay done at my cost. Also, she told me the dog was 5 months old. Two separate vets estimated her age from 1 to 2 years old. Ms Ault is a con artist and a scammer.
