Four items were ordered, 2 were shipped, and the 2 received were NOTHING like what was pictured. I reached out to the company immediately to begin the return process to which they requested that I a) keep the item and not get a refund b) sell the item to recoup my money c) purchase more and d) pay to proceed with a return but they couldn't tell you when the return was coming.

My full order was about $111. My correspondence with the company is attached. They will not provide a refund for the items I paid for but did not receive. They will also require additional payment before they are willing to begin processing a return for the items I did receive.

I spent over $100 and expected to receive what I had ordered. Instead I received half of the quantity of items. The items that were received were poor quality, different patterns, different sizes, and different shapes from what I ordered. This is a TEXTBOOK BAIT AND SWITCH.
