Ad appeared on Facebook for YETI coolers. I clicked on the ad where all products appeared to be Yeti coolers on sale. I clicked on the cooler I would be interested in. I was directed to set up a PayPal that I had never used and was charged $99.00 for a cooler. I attempted to contact the company immediately after because i was confused why it had an individuals name listed instead of the YETI online store. I was unable to locate any contact information for the company. I reached out to my credit card company and was told that the transaction was pending and that they couldn't do anything until it was completed in 2-3 days. I contacted PayPal and was told that the transaction had been completed and that I should contact the seller. I was not able to locate the sellers contact information other than the above email. I sent an email requesting that he cancel this order and have received no reply. I was contacted by Pay Pal and they told me that I needed to wait and see if the item ever comes and then they can file a dispute. I DO NOT want to wait for this item. I want to cancel this order now and take the charge off my credit card. It appears to me that this is a scam and that a reputable seller/company would have contact information and be able to accommodate their customers immediately.
