I also placed an order using PayPal and will wait a week before filing a dispute. I sent an email today to ask about my order and delivery times. We will see if it gets a reply. My order is no longer viewable on their website.

Good to know. I just ordered sets for Christmas gifts for family. I will give it about a week and update status on my orders. I ordered six sets. All came up with different names, I did receive to email confirmations. I do have protect of PayPal and my Credit Card if this is a scam.

The scammer presented a fake storefront on a website yetiqx.shop selling Yeti coolers at a discounted price for $99.00. Upon purchase, an emailed receipt showed a different contact name- Tammy T Hand, along with an email of [email protected]. There was no contact information about the company - no phone number or customer service information. I did receive am email from PayPal stating I had authorized payment. Almost a week later, I received a shipping update stating that my product was shipped including a tracking number from USPS. According to the tracking number, the product had been delivered to my home three days before. I contacted USPS and they informed me that the tracking number was a recycled tracking number and was not valid. I have filed a dispute/complaint with Pay Pay and requested a refund through PayPal.
