This company said they offered me a $300 of advertising credit. But after using for a few days, without me crossing the $300 limit, they charged me $172. I was upset because of this. But I didn't pay this. I don't want to pay this amount. This should not happen to others.

I called the phone number listed and left a voicemail. They do not have a website, only a Yelp page (which should've been a red flag). Although Albert S. was very friendly and could do the work the next day, he quoted me a price of at most $1300 since I was to pay with cash and not through insurance. However, when the work was complete, Albert said it would cost $2400. I paid him $2600 cash, including a tip. He scheduled a follow-up appointment two weeks later to provide complete car detailing. However, he stopped answering phone calls and texts. He never showed. He got compound dust all over the interior of my vehicle. There is overspray on one of my taillights. I had to submit it to my insurance company since it was almost double the cost he initially told me. It took a week to get the "invoice." I cannot recommend this so-called business. Lastly, they left my driveway a mess, leaving cigarette buts on the ground. One area that they "repaired" didn't last two weeks. You can still see a dent on the rear. Next time, I will take my car to an authorized and respected auto body shop. MAKE SURE YOU GET A SIGNED ESTIMATE BEFORE THEY DO ANYTHING.

I ordered flowers on the internet...it was the first website that came up for Wyoming, Ohio. Blossom Flower Delivery....What was ordered was very different from what was delivered.....What I ordered looked like a $100.00 arrangement and what was delivered looked like maybe a $40.00 arrangement. This is a total scam....No way to talk to a person - I was on hold for 20 minutes no answer, no satisfactory response from email. It is all a scam....no resolution

I requested quotes on Yelp too fix my squeaky dryer. This business responded, and I scheduled an appointment for the next day, Friday, April 5 between 9-12. By 11:30 the next morning, there was no sign of them. I received a message that they were running late. I had to leave for a trip, but my husband was able to meet them. When the technicians, Alex and David arrived, they immediately tried to upsell my husband on a service. They laid out the parts to fix the squeak and disassembled the dryer. They reported to replace the pulley. They charged $295 (included in this was a $69 diagnostic fee). My husband paid by check. When he ran the dryer overnight, there was no squeak but upon opening the dryer, he realized it no longer heats up. There is no pilot light to relight. They broke something in our dryer.

Now I see that their Yelp business name does not match the name on the invoice they sent. AS Appliance Repair on Yelp but AB Appliance Repair on their email and invoice.

Anthony "Al" Rubio responded to my Yelp message on 1/18/24 about requesting for my blinds to be repaired online. He offered his service right away, and arrived at my house the same day. He then proceeded to write up an invoice for the total repair work, which was for $2,305.00 and required a 50% deposit on the spot, so I paid the $1,152.50 to him via check that day, 1/18/2024. Afterwards, he made endless excuses to never show up again, and after I asked for a full refund, he made further excuses for the refund never being delivered. He operates without any CA contractor license, and also never completed his services. He never provided any proof that he ordered the parts needed for my repair project either. He has a long history of scamming and defrauding others who have reached out to him (please see his past Yelp pages “Onsite Blinds Shades, Shutters & Draperies Repairs” and “Home Blinds Repair” for proof). I firmly believe Day & Nite Shades is a fraudulent company ran by a scammer, which needs to be brought to justice. Thank you.

Wendy Rocha fraudulently stole money for me by accepting money for services that were not provided. After texting her to relay my concern, when she failed to call me back as promised, she began to block my calls. The Yelp page for her cleaning service business lists other complaints of the same nature.

A man named Jeremy Cooper knocked on the door of my parent's home in Crookston MN 56716. He offered a sealcoating for their new asphalt driveway that had just been laid a few weeks ago. My father hesitated but somehow this man convinced him to let him do it. The man would not tell my father the price of the job before he did it. When the man did the sealcoating he then told my parents they owed him $2,400. They said they would not pay that so they settled on $1,500 to get rid of him and gave him a personal check which he went to the bank right away to cash. Their driveway is a normal 2 car driveway with a small sidewalk that wraps around one side of a 2 car garage so this amount is ridiculous to begin with and it also doesn't look any different. I am not an expert in how sealcoating is supposed to look but they had small weeds and grass growing through that are still there so it definitely doesn't seem like anything additional was added to the surface. I'm not sure what he would have put down but whatever it was does not appear to be a sealcoating.

Dent Bros Collision is the name of the yelp business and I had requested for a project to repair front fender on my 2015 nissan sentra on yelp. They estimated $299 as the repair cost and came out to my house on Saturday morning 4/1/2023. The phone# used to call me is 657-363-7236. Sam the technician was out there and examined the car, and told me he had to replace the entire front fender and estimated the cost to be $900, which is fair. I had bought the used car from Hertz and they did not do a good job on fixing the front fender, which was held by zip ties which were falling apart. Looking back, then he pretended to call his boss, Tommy, and said due to my situation not knowing the used car was not fixed properly, I was eligible for up to $3500 repair insurance for this car. Then he looked around and told me the tires are in bad shape and got my okay to replace the tires. He drove it away and came back with 3 brand new tires and a new fender. He did do the work. I was then requested to write 2 checks to Steve Miller the owner. The first check, check #4125 was in the amount of #2400 and the second check #4126 was in the amount of $2175. I venmoed Sam (the name came as Shawna Cooper (@shawnagirl20) $499. Tommy called me and asked for the last 6 digits of the vin#, the address and my name and email and promised to email me the link for the insurance rebate. I was stupid enough not to ask where Sam drove the car to have the tires replaced. I don't have any documentation at all. Everything was verbal. The only traces I have are the messages on the Yelp project list, my text messages and phone calls between myself and Sam the technician and Tommy the owner. Everything was completed by 10:52 am on Saturday April 1st.

Obviously the text message from Tommy never came. I texted him that afternoon, and he said his bookkeeper will email me the

information on Monday morning, as it expires in 3 hours. Again, it never came. I called him and left him a voicemail and no responses. I posted a negative review on this business, and they have changed their business name now to Dent Pro Collision and the phone# is now 657-566-2291.

These are all red flags and had I been in a normal state of mind, I would have not fallen for this scam. I am embarrassed and ashamed and felt really stupid to have fallen for this trick.

My husband was diagnosed with brain tumor, and had it removed and is recovering now in an acute rehab to learn how to walk and do normal stuff. These scammers took advantage of my vulnerable state of mind, and I was stupid enough not to question it. I don't mind paying a reasonable amount for the service and work done. However, a total of $5074 for a new fender and 3 new tires for a 2015 nissan sentra is a scam, and they used the insurance rebate scam as a bait.

Call was made to Green Towing Los Angeles on 3/26/23 at approximately 3 pm PST. Towing service was engaged and $275 was exchanged. Approximately 4 hours later a call was placed by the service provider to inform us that the original price was no longer valid and the driver was demanding an additional $200 for services already agreed upon or the tow would not happen. We denied their attempt to extort more money and we were told no tow would be provided even after paying $275.
