They took a dollar when my card was unlocked. They have been trying to collect 39.99 for some time now. Two or three times a day. Why? I didn't order anything or give my information. I don't even recognize the company.

They keep talking money from me, and I'm not even reading their books, so you please stop talking my money, or I will call the police IDK how I got it, but it just kept showing up when I was trying to watch to a movie and I thought it was for me to watch the movie but no it was for the scammers and I don't like that, so please stop talking my money before it be a problem for real thanks for the inconvenience hope you stop this soon like very soon thank you

Why you're continuing to take money from my card... stops because I put my card to see a movie and you shart me $39.99 and I can see the movie the movie was missing and

I answered a promo survey.,never received anything. Had no luck finding yeloder not even yeloter. Nice play on supposed music downloader. Sent an email unsubscribe no answer. They took cash from my account ,i immediatley got ahold of them, too bad 39.99 pending on my acct still yet they have the cash and too bad so sad. Rude uncivilized senior citizen ripoffs. Punks and still no satisfaction. Not even an hour after payment ,cancelled, no refund

Im not for sure . but i dont understand why this company would be trying to collect any type of money off my credit card. I suggest you dont. Or i will be calling the BB on you the next time..i believe this started from some type of grand prize winning. I used my card for a 1.00$ to be taken off now a wwek later they are trying to deduct 30.00$. I have called the # associated with them. 1-855-253-2763 and it is a establishment called clear.. So they have also been informed that some othe business is using there#. So hopefully this matter will be taken care of and like i have stated i will file a complaint with the better business bureau and need i will have authority involved also.

My son received a text message on his phone saying that due to the pandemic, they were offering 1 year free Netflix. After signing up for what we thought was Netflix we had relived that it said yeloter.com at the top of the page, I called the company and told them there was a mistake and that they pulled $1.00 out of my account and asked that it be canceled and refunded, which they said they did and no other money would be taken out of my account again. Then about a week later they took $39.99 and I called and asked for a refund. They told me 3 days at first, then after 3 days I called back and they told me 7-10 business days, it’s been 10 business days and now I have no refund and they tell me to wait 2 more days and call back.
