First and formost, yellowpagesunited.com is a known scam all over the internet. I hope you'll be of help to me. I received a form in the mail asking for our company information. NO WHERE on the form did it have any information whatsoever about any cost affiliated with our company being listed in yellow pages. I started receiving what looked like junk mail to me I threw it out. I finally opened it and that's when I saw an invoice for $396! I called and stated I was not paying any amount for a service that was free and then was told it was never free and I can find our listing on their website. I am being harassed with Past Due Notices - saying Overdue Balance. In January 2016 another invoice was received by mail invoicing us for the 2016 year for additional $396!!! Again I called and indicated I would not pay and customer service continued to harass me on the phone. I will not pay this amount or any amount as this company is a fraud and a scam. Please assist me in helping others who may be receiving the same type of letter. Please be aware, the questions that follow are difficult to answer. Did I lose money - No. Did the scammer attempt to make money? They are trying to get me to pay $396.00. I also believe the inital cost was $250 and now they're trying to get me to pay $396.00!!!!!!!
