Phoned by (live) person, told my 365 listing was about to renew, I said I did NOT want to renew, was told I would be sent an invoice for it, I thought she said $5.99 (not sure why there would be any charge at all)- I was busy with customers, just trying to get off the phone. Declined any e-invoices, was told I would be called to confirm the address. Hung Up. Was called a few minutes later by a different person who asked me address questions (I repeated my business address) and then finally 'authorize invoice for $599.95' was spoken, at which point I realized I was being scammed, told them NOT to send me an invoice, I would NOT be paying it, and hung up (which I should have done at the outset.)
