My office staff received a fax stating it was Yellow Pages Wisconsin online and that the fax needed to be signed and faxed back to 1-888-717-4810 by 9/30/16 and that this was an "update". She faxed it back and on 11/16/16 we received a Fax from Frankfurt Germany stating that we owed $1,104 and that we were in arrears. It stated that we ignored all efforts to resolve the issue and that we now must pay the full contract value of $2,208.00, not including the third parties fees and that this will affect the company credit rating along with reporting this as a bad debt loss with form 1099-A to the IRS. On 11/24/16 received another Fax for the amount of $1,234.00. On 11/25/16 a final demand for $1,104 plus late fees of $200 to be paid by check or it will be turned over to collections.The name Vanesa Ruiz is listed in the letter.
