Received a phone call from Nick of Yellow Pages on 08.10.17 to renew our subscription. I thought I was speaking to Yellow Book and agreed to renew our existing subscription. Yellow Pages faxed me an order form on 08.15.17 that I filled out and returned to fax 1.800.607.0275 thinking that I was renewing subscription with Yellow Book. On 08.29.17 Open Business Solutions faxed me a bill for $1,188.00. I did not know who Open Business Solutions was until I called them on 09.05.17 at 1.855.579.2910. I told them that I did not know who they where and that I did not want their services. They forwarded me to Mr. Bob Davis who said he understood my problem and would do what he could to fix it. Mr. Davis said it would help if I sent a letter to the Operations Department to cancel the order. I immediately sent a letter explaining the issue and to that I did not want their services. On 09.20.17 Open Business Solutions sent me another bill for $1,188.00 with a letter stating that they had no legal requirement to provide any cancellation. I look up Yellow Pages and Open Business Solutions on the internet and found out this whole transaction was a scam. I have not paid Open Business Solutions anything and plan to block any further communications from them.
