Received a fax from Yellow Pages, Inc in Bulgaria stating we are being sent to collections. We never purchased anything from these people. There is no phone number on the fax to even call and inquire about it. I know that there are several such scams out there.

A past due invoice was faxed to us, stating that we owe 493.95 for a Yellow Page ad and we have not authorized any Yellow Page ads. I called Yellow Pages and they informed me that it was a scam, as the money was to be sent to PO Box 4, Barna Binitsa 9022 Bulgaria

Our church received a faxed invoice from (what looks to be) Yellow Pages, Inc. It stated " collection warning" in the amount of $496.95. The phone number is 704-523-4179.

Bill for something not ordered; from Bulgaria! We do all our advertising for yellow pages through a ad agency, so there is no way we ordered this. Also, the pending invoice date is 11/25/2014 and this is the first notice we have received. I searched to see if this had been reported and also googled this location "Varna, Vinitsa"--it has listing for scam from 2014, but nothing current.
