The entity listed above continues to send me fraudulent invoices claiming I entered into a contract for advertising services. This is a known scam and I will not respond. I receive phone calls from an unkown person threatening I need to pay tthe invoice.

They sent me a bill. I called and talked to a lady. When I wouldn't give her my cc she hung up. Now she doesn't answer the phone.

Someone called on the phone and I was very busy, and was trying to make it short so I could get back to what I was doing. The person on the phone asked if I was the "authorized purchaser" for the company and I said yes because I am. They then said she would be sending me an invoice at my attention via fax for which I thought was for yellow pages as we have a contract with them that had just been renewed. Therefore I legitimately thought it was for yellow pages. I received an invoice in the mail for 449.95 from the "yellow page team" I was completely blind sided. I never requested any type of specific package or signed any contract or anything. When I called the number on the phone I spoke with an extremely rude and unprofessional woman named Ann Lewis. I asked for her supervisor and she said she was the supervisor and was at the top of the accounting dept. I asked her to prove to me how I accepted this contract and asked for their services and she said I did so on the phone and she had a recording of it, and legally that was all she needed. She demanded that I owed the money and said she would accept half if I pay for 6 months instead. She then went on to say that she would take 165.00, and asked if I could pay right now over the telephone. She kept telling me I should say thank you to her for her helping me??? She also said to me oh Jenna what do you call your electric company and tell them you aren't paying for their services because you will not do that with me. I said to her that wasn't even somewhat relevant to what her company did to me. I asked for her name as I recorded our conversation and she said do you want to know the name of my children as well. When I said I was confused by the call and thought it was yellow pages she said that I was basically stupid for saying I was the authorizing purchaser and she said to me what did you think you were the accepted purchaser for food, shoes, clothes??? She was absolutely terrible and I have never dealt with a business or professional like that ever. I am horrified and will be taking this as far as I can. I feel cheated and I will not pay for something I never asked for or agreed to. They are snakes and terrible people. How do they live with themselves? I want my account removed and I want them to take my business out of their database, and I want them to take away this false invoice as I do not owe them anything.
