On 02/27/2017 our company received a fax with the "walking Fingers" logo on it. It also said "Return this data verification form before publication deadline" and "Please review your contact information and add products and services that your business provides" and "THIS IS NOT A BILL". The fax did not have the number from which it was sent. Our address info was listed incorrectly so one of our employees corrected the information and faxed it back. No employee of our firm is authorized to make business decisions in relation to starting or renewing contracts. Now this company wants us to pay $92.00 per month (first year in advance) for 2 years listing in some directory that is not the real Yellow Pages. We continue to receive faxes from Yellow Marketing LTD claiming we owe money for a yellow page ad that I never placed. They even are charging us for "reminder fees" on top of the original invoice. The faxes are now becoming more threatening, stating they are preparing to turn us into a collection agency. They want us to call their legal department at 888-893-1696 or send the money to Germany.

Research has uncovered the fact that this is a disreputable company that is trying to extort money from small businesses. Our next step is to file a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission instead!

We received a fax on 12/12/2016 asking us to update our Yellow Pages listing information, which we did and sent back. We then received numerous faxes on 12/21/2016, 01/23/2017, 01/30/2017, 02/13/2017, 02/21/2017, 02/27/2017, and a few other occasions, signed by Isabel Martinez as a "Legal Representative Manager" for the German company. The faxes stated that we had an overdue account balance, despite the fact that we were not aware we were being charged with anything. They have continued to charge us for "reminder fees" on top of the original invoice.
